Each mug holds approximately 16 ounces of your favorite hot or cold beverage. They are microwave and dishwasher safe. The clay is a rich shade of tan and the glaze is a crisp white that just allows the edges of the marks in the clay to show through. Every mug has Rebecca’s signature handle that is pinched just so as it is made so your fingers rest right where hers do. It’s like holding hands but you won’t catch the cooties from it.

Sometimes it is fun to just play and make something for the fun of it. Some days that means taking existing pottery and glazing it in colors or ways we wouldn't normally do just because a little variation when we open the kiln makes it even more like Christmas.

Sometimes simple really is the best choice. As much as we love lush imagery and layers of texture, there is nothing quite like a simple white tumbler that can become an accessory to your entire day.

It took years to find the exact method for fitting a 100% pure silicone travel lid successfully. It’s a tight fit that will prevent leaks and if you’d like to see how they fit, you can check it out on my IGTV where I do a little tutorial video of how to put the lids on these babies to keep your coffee in your ceramic tumbler and not on your favorite tshirt.

Each wheel thrown travel tumbler is made with our favorite tan speckled clay and glazed with a classic white glaze that will go with everything for years to come.

Just in case you’re concerned, we have to say we haven’t yet found a cupholder it won’t fit in.

The small Modern Traveler holds approximately 10 oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage.

The Large Modern Traveler holds approximately 12-13 oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage.

If you like your drink super hot, you may want to add a silicone heat resistant band for $2. I personally don’t drink my coffee quite that hot but am aware plenty people do and I don’t want you to burn your hands if that’s you.

Gravesco Pottery resident ceramic artist, Ryan Van Hoy, has made a limited edition batch of his favorite everyday mug in a high fire stoneware. The gas fired pottery showcases the variation and serendipity of his classic white glaze. 

Each mug is uniquely made and while they are a family that goes together, they are not quite identical as each one has the characteristics showcasing the handmade nature and unique firing results from the gas flame and reduction atmosphere in the kiln.

Measures 3.5" high x 3.5" diameter x 5.5" across with the handle.

Ryan creates unique pottery in small batches. When these are gone, they may never be made again.

Your morning ritual of coffee or evening ritual of tea is just a little more special when you have a handmade scoop to add a connection to a slower lifestyle.

Each ceramic spoon is handmade in our studio using a tan stoneware clay  and only the inside of the spoon is glazed for an elegant but rustic look. We don't recommend you use this as a spoon for wet things, but it is perfect for dry. Use it to scoop your coffee into the filter or loose leaf tea into the tea pot.

Every retail sale of The Every Day Tumbler helps a family in need in the Indianapolis area. Measuring in at approximately 14 ounces, it's more than just another ceramic cup. Each cup is handmade on the potter's wheel in our studio in Indianapolis. The clay is sourced from our favorite female-owned clay company just a hop skip and a jump away in Lexington, Kentucky. We mix the glaze in-house and fire each tumbler twice in our electric kilns.

Every detail has been considered. The width is comfortable for any adult hand, large or small. The base is narrower than the top, but still wide enough that it's going to sit securely without worrying about tipping it over. The general feel is that of a timeless pint glass and the lip is ever so slightly narrower than the rest of the cup so it's a dripless sip.
