Shipping policy

We know you have choices and appreciate you’ve chosen us! To show our appreciation, all orders shipped in the continental United States are $5 flat rate and will be shipped either via USPS or UPS.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States will be charged at our actual cost and is automatically calculated by our shipping software. We’re not marking it up to make money on shipping. That’s just not even fair. Shipping’s just kind of pricey and that’s ok. You still get the opportunity to shop in your jammies or from the bathroom (or wherever you do your online shopping) instead of catching a plane to Indianapolis to pick it up in person.

Because we’re a super small team, we only pack and ship orders once a week so that we can keep making the cool pottery you love. Please be understanding, because we’re sure you’re going to love your pots when you get them. Maybe someday we’ll be as big as “the big guys” and have a whole shipping department that wings packages out the door lickity split, but until then, it’s just us pottery elves and we’re going to take the time to make sure your order is packed well so it arrives safely.
