Sometimes you don't need another course, podcast, workbook, mastermind, or 47-tab research spiral.

My business besties and I have a phrase for the conversations where we put everything on the table, pull apart what isn't working, chase the interesting ideas, and figure out what we actually want to do next.

Let's set our hair on fire.

That's the spirit of these sessions. You bring your business, your experience, and the messy thing. I'll bring mine. And we'll get to work.

You need to sit down with someone who understands creative businesses and say, "Okay. Here's what I'm trying to do. Here's what's happening. Here's where I'm fucking stuck."

That's what these sessions are for.

We'll spend 60-90 minutes digging into one area of your business that needs another set of eyes. I'll ask questions, look for the thing underneath the thing, pull apart what's unnecessarily complicated, and help you figure out what actually makes sense for YOUR business and the life you're trying to build.

I am not going to hand you my blueprint.

I don't think you need that.

What can we talk about?

  • Brand identity
  • Product assortment
  • Pricing
  • Wholesale
  • Retail and ecommerce
  • Systems that give you more time to be creative
  • Customer experience
  • Merchandising
  • Growth
  • Giant tangled ball of ideas currently living in your brain

This is a conversation for people who actually make shit and want more time for making.

  • You Book

Hitting that button can feel like a big step. I know. Once you book, you've done the hard part. I'll make sure we use the time well.

  • Tell me what's going on

You'll get an intake form so I know what we're digging into. Be honest. Give me the messy version. You don't have to write a novel.

  • I look at it before we meet

I'm actually going to read what you send me. I'll look at the relevant links and materials so we don't waste our time getting me up to speed.

  • We get to work

No script or canned framework. We follow the problem, ask questions, pull apart complications, and figure out what makes sense for YOU.

Then we get to work

This isn't a scripted coaching call.

There isn't a secret seven-step Rebecca Method™️ I'm going to march you through.

We're going to follow the problem.

Pull the threads.

I may tell you what I see.

I may ask a question that sends us somewhere completely different.

We may discover the problem you booked the call about isn't actually the problem we need to solve.

Maybe there isn't a problem at all and you want to use my pattern recognition to make things even better.

We may take something complicated apart and put it back together much more simply.

Occasionally I may tell you, "You don't need that at all," which can be a surprisingly profitable answer.

This is probably for you if:

You're a maker, artist, product-based business owner, or creative entrepreneur who already has something real underway.

You don't need someone to motivate you to start.

You need an experienced person to look at what you've built, understand the moving parts, and help you see what you can't see from inside it.

You're willing to question assumptions, including your own.

You're looking for discernment, not commandments.

This probably isn't for you if:

You're looking for someone to give you the exact formula they used so you can copy it.

You want guaranteed revenue results.

You need ongoing accountability or weekly coaching (but I do have a recommendation for that if you need it).

You really just want someone to tell you that the decision you've already made is definitely correct. That's not particularly useful and we don't need to spend 90 minutes on that.

Why me?

I've spent most of my adult life figuring out how things work.

Before Gravesco, I spent more than two decades in large-scale retail leadership working in operations, merchandising, people development, and business strategy.

Then I left the corporate life, became a full time artist, learned pottery, built Gravesco, scaled production, built teams, sold wholesale and direct-to-consumer, opened stores, closed things that didn't work, designed systems, solved an unreasonable number of weird business problems, and accumulated a fairly ridiculous collection of experience along the way.

I am particularly good at walking into complexity and seeing the structure underneath.

THAT is what you're borrowing for 90 minutes.

Not my business model.

My brain.

A quick note about availability

I offer THREE Hair on Fire sessions each month.

That's intentional. I run a creative business, I make things, and I want to have the time and brain space to actually read what you send me and show up ready to dig in.

I don't offer sessions in November or December. That's holiday season, and most of us who make and sell things have enough fucking going on already.

If you see a time that works for you, grab it.

Bring the messy thing. Let's set our hair on fire.
