Ingredients: Turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper
Directions:
- Add 1 cup milk or milk alternative to a sauce pan
- Add 1 tsp golden milk powder
- Simmer 2-3 minutes
- Bring to a boil while gently stirring to avoid scalding
- Strain and enjoy hot or iced
