Known for their anti-inflammatory properties, these ingredients work together to soothe digestions, enhance focus, and promote overall well-being--offering a perfect balance of relaxations and natural support.

- Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the rosemary mint and olive leaf blend in hot water (200F) for 4-5 minutes. Strain, then enhance the flavor with a squeeze of fresh lemon, and sweeten with honey if desired.
